This fee must be paid and the printed receipt or written confirmation number must be given to the referee on the field before you will be allowed to play. This feature is limited to four times during one season per league. If you substitute more than four games in one season, you are considered a team member and must pay the standard team price. The substitute fee if you pay on the field is $13.
