• Every player MUST purchase FSSA Insurance to participate in this League. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Its a Once-A-Year Fee of $30.
   

• Every Captain Must Register Team Online
• Minimum Of 10 Fully Paid & Registered and FSSA affiliated Players Per Team
• Maximum Of 15 Fully Paid & Registered and FSSA affiliated Players Per Team
