- Additional Team Fee 100.0 (payable by captain)

$100 deposit to be paid by Captain at registration + $850 team fee to be divided by the number of players (Minimum 8, Maximum 12)
10 week season (including play-offs)
First 8 teams to register will participate
Two 25 minute halves
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Finals MVP, Golden Glove, Golden Boot & weekly Players of the Match
